Those of you who are skilled at shooting film and photographs both above and under water can become partners on the Sealmen team. What is required is that you are present in or travelling to a place that is of interest as a destination for diving, sailing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing or Whale watching. We want you to communicate the feeling that a place can impart to a visitor. It is important to convey an overall impression that includes history, food, culture, accommodations, points of interest and diving, sailing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing or Whale watching. You also will write a script for what you are going to film.
A good product from an interesting travel destination means that you can earn money from your greatest interest.
This is how it works:
You film a place that is of interest as a destination for diving, sailing, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing or Whale watching. Ideally this will be a place that is not too well known and exploited.
You film using a contents template you get from us.
You film and photograph digitally in high quality.
You write a script and a table of contents in English for the material you are going to film.
You send the material to us, and we are free to edit the film and add music and voice according to our requirements, which ensures that our products are consistent.
You have the copyright for the film and photographic material and we own the finished product (DVD or web TV).
We sell the finished product globally and you receive 30% of the net profit per unit sold.
Your name will be included in the film as cinematographer and photographer.
Your photograph and biographical information will be placed on our web site under ”biographies”.
We retain the right to return material that we consider not of the right quality or content.
After five years the product needs to be updated.
